A Mild Scrub Containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate. For Animal Use Only. Keep Out of Reach of Children. INDICATIONS: Chlorhexidine Scrub 4% is a mild scrub containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% that exhibits bactericidal activity against a wide range of microorganisms. Ingredients: Purified Water, Lauramine Oxide, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Lauremide DEA, Alkylphenol Ethoxylate, Glycerin Polymer, Alkooxylated Alkanolamide, Quaternary Ammonium Compound, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Artificial Fragrance, Citric Acid, FD&C #40. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Wet hands with water. Pour approximately 5 mL of Chlorhexidine Scrub 4% in palm of hand. Add enough water to make a lather. Lather thoroughly. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
