Trimline Recovery Collar for Medium Dogs # 6.5

Always used these for my dog. Had no problems until recently. Paint they put on it wasn't adhering to the material, just peeled right off. Told Trimline Inc. They called 1 time to find out about it, said they would send envelope for me to send to show them. Never heard back and didn't get response from they from several emails. Called 800 number and was told by the same gentlemen rather rudely, "I can do whatever I want. I checked around country and for over 10 years no problems. This must be your dog being active and getting it wet. I don't need your collar, I know by our product your dog must have been chewing it or doing something to it." VERY RUDE, dog not chewing or getting wet, peeled right out of the package!! If you only need it for 2 or 3 days, that's all the use you'll get out of these. I'd steer clear and get something from a more reputable company that's sturdier. Your dog only has to wear it a few days any way.
