Shipping with VetAmerica is fast and easy. 

We ship 98% of all orders on the following business day.

In the case that we may be out of stock on the item you order, we will notify you, and place your order on backorder. Most backorders arrive back in stock within 2-4 days. If an item will be delayed beyond that time, we will notify you by e-mail. You may choose to keep the item on backorder, or cancel your order at any time.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING:
$5.95 flat fee within the 48 contiguous states.
Heavy shipments may incur and additional shipping charge. (i.e. Foods, Gallons)

EXPRESS AIR SHIPPING:
This option is calculated based on weight, for heavy shipments (i.e. Foods, Gallons) please call us for a price quote. Delivery time varies from 2 -3 business days.  (The shipping day is not counted as a transit day.)

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:
This option is calculated based on weight, for heavy shipments (i.e. Foods, Gallons) please call us for a price quote. Delivery time is 1- 2 business days. (The shipping day is not counted as a transit day.)

U.S. Territories outside of the Continental USA
Including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses.
Are shipped via Standard Shipping only. Shipping time varies by destination. Shipping cost varies by weight. We may contact you if there is a variation in shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated automatically on our website.  Please select the UPS International Shipping option during checkout.

VetAmerica.com will ship products anywhere in the world (See restrictions below). In fact, we ship products to International Destinations everyday.
Most International Orders are Shipped via UPS or in some cases US Postal Service and should arrive within approximately 3-10 days. Destination times vary based on the country involved.

International Shipping Restrictions:
VetAmerica is not responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply when shipping to countries outside the United States.  Any fees imposed by the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
Laws are different in every country, in order to avoid delays, please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will only issue a refund if all products are returned to us in their original condition. In this case, shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
